How it works
First you join. Then every customer order follows the same five steps across Admin, the Customer App, and — on Premium — the Delivery App.
Path 1 · Start the shop
Call or WhatsApp +91 77700 30604 (10 AM–7 PM), or use the enquiry form. Share shop name, address and owner contact. Bank details are not required.
Share Shop Act, FSSAI (for food) and GST if you have it. Approval usually takes 2 days. One-time setup is ₹1,500.
You receive an email and password. There is no public self-signup. Open shopsaroundu.com/admin and accept Terms.
After approval you get one month of plan use free. Then choose Basic or Premium. We do not guarantee customers or sales.
Path 2 · Daily orders
Set photos, map pin, radius, prices, stock and delivery slots. Customers can order only when the shop is Active and a slot is open.
They set an address, find your shop, add products or combos, pick a slot and check out. The order arrives in Admin as Pending.
Order Management: Pending → Confirmed → Preparing → Ready. Update as you work so the customer app stays truthful.
Basic: complete the order in Admin. Premium: assign a rider when Ready. Delivery Boys and Live Map stay locked without Premium.
Premium only. Rider goes online, accepts, marks Reached shop → Picked up → Start delivery → Delivered (OTP / proof photo if required). Customer can track.

Your desk
Computer or tablet: shopsaroundu.com/admin. Handles Path 1 steps 3–4 and Path 2 steps 1, 3 and 4.
Nearby customers
Google Play: ShopsAroundU. Sign-in is mobile number + OTP. This is Path 2 step 2, plus tracking after a rider starts.
Premium riders
Google Play: ShopsAroundU Delivery. You create the rider in Admin. They sign in with that user id and password. This is Path 2 step 5. Basic shops skip it.
Plans
One-time setup ₹1,500. Extra orders above the included quota use the extra-order rate on that plan.
